All orders are prepared in secure outer packaging designed to protect the contents during transit.

External packaging does not unnecessarily identify the products contained within the shipment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed following successful payment and any required order checks.

Orders are normally processed within 7 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, customers will receive a dispatch confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.

Delivery Options

Available delivery services are determined by the destination entered during checkout.

The customer is shown the following before completing an order:

• Estimated delivery timeframe
• Destination availability

Where a tracked service is available, tracking information will be provided following dispatch.

UK Delivery

Orders within the United Kingdom will be dispatched using the available delivery services displayed at checkout.

Final delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be shown before payment is completed.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, eligible destinations and shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs procedures and other circumstances outside Peptissima's direct control.

Not all products or destinations may be available for international delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is included with the selected delivery service, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched.

Please allow sufficient time for the carrier's tracking system to register the shipment after receiving your dispatch notification.

Customs, Duties & Import Requirements

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered may lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used for their intended research purpose within the destination jurisdiction.

The recipient is also responsible for any applicable:

• Taxes
• Customs charges
• Clearance fees
• Local regulatory or import requirements

Peptissima cannot guarantee that an international shipment will be admitted by the destination country's customs or other relevant authorities.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays or other circumstances outside Peptissima's reasonable control.

Where tracking is available, customers should check the carrier's latest tracking information before contacting Peptissima regarding a delayed shipment.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

If you identify an error after submitting your order, contact Peptissima as soon as possible.

We will attempt to correct the delivery information where possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfilment or been dispatched.

Damaged Deliveries

If an order arrives visibly damaged:

• Retain the external packaging.
• Retain the affected product and internal packaging.
• Take clear photographs showing the damage.
• Contact Peptissima promptly with your order number and supporting photographs.

This allows us to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, raise the matter with the delivery carrier.

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing from your order or you believe you have received an incorrect product, contact Peptissima promptly with your order number and details of the issue.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the products and packaging received before resolving the enquiry.
